Here at Brownstone Farm, we have produced National and World Champion riders, and the farm itself has 26 World and Reserve World Champions that have been born or raised here. The farm was once part of the Coleman Estate, and was later sold and used as private farm for various uses. Currently we are a modern horse facility. BSF adjoins State Game Lands #156, consisting of 4,507 acres. This land offers a trail for the riding enthusiast of any skill. The Horseshoe Trail, a famous PA landmark is also a part of this network of scenic trail. The farm got its name from the Brownstone barns and home that are currently still on the property. BSF has three barns with a total of 43 stalls. One of the original sandstone barns contains 14 box stalls, a feedroom, and tackroom. The second of the orignal sandstone barns is heated and contains 5 foaling stalls, a laboratory, breeding stocks, and a feed room. The third barn is 100X120 containing 24 box stalls, a wash stall, feed room, two tacks rooms, heated restroom, and a heated observation room overlooking the 70X20 indoor arena. We have a 100X160 outdoor arena, two 60X60 round pens, and a 70X70 exerciser which is capable of exercising 6 horses at a time. There are currently two permanent turn out pastures, and all pastures and paddocks contain heated automatic waterers and turn out sheds.
